How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will be processed within 3-6 business days unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar.

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment via USPS/UPS:

USA: 4-15 business days

Tracking is included for free with all orders.

There is always a chance that factors outside of our control will affect delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times at this time.

Return Policy

If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the form below. We can cancel and refund your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.

All our products are handmade with customized assembly for each order, so we do not accept returns or refunds. If you encounter an issue with your order, please reach out to us with your Order and a description of the problem. We will evaluate potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Do you take custom requests?

We are currently not accepting custom commission requests

because it is just my family and me doing the crochet. We do not have enough people to handle custom requests.

I got Order Issues

We will do our best to help you locate any delayed or missing orders. However, once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is beyond our control. We cannot take responsibility for any delays, missing items, or lost orders.

If your order is delayed due to an error in your shipping address, please contact us using the form below. We will reach out to the shipping company to request the necessary changes. Please note that, at certain stages of the shipping process, it may no longer be possible to make these changes.
